We know exactly how important the predictable availability of small power plants is. Whatever the design of the gas engine, the loss of uptime due to unexpected failures is a serious financial cost/loss of profit for our customers.
As part of our operational service, we provide 24/7 online Power Diagnostics™ service, we will start troubleshooting immediately in the event of a fault and keep our customers informed of the expected troubleshooting time so that they can plan ahead.
With our maintenance service, we want to put the common interests of the owner and the maintainer of the gas engine even more at the forefront. In this scheme, the customer pays for the service on an availability basis, so that when the gas engine is not producing results, there is no service cost. Depending on the service package, our fees include all costs for the entire life cycle of the gas engine.
With our operation service, our aim is to ensure that the small power plant 100% is available during unplanned maintenance periods. You can also "Count on our Energy" to recommend and implement technical improvements deemed necessary based on operational experience.
