What do we do?
The Power Service Ltd. Hungary's largest manufacturer-independent gas engine small power plant service, has been present on the market for more than 15 years.
We have the most extensive service experience for the following gas engine manufacturers: Jenbacher, Guascor, Caterpillar, MWM/Deutz, Liebherr, R-Schmitt, MAN, Perkins, Waukesha.
Our service colleagues continuously participate in foreign engine manufacturers' qualifications and training courses, as well as in the Power Academy™ our internal training system ensures that your knowledge is always up to date.
We deal with everything related to small gas-fired power plants. But only that!
Operation
We know exactly how important the predictable availability of small power plants is. Whatever the design of the gas engine, the loss of uptime due to unexpected failures is a serious financial cost/loss of profit for our customers.
Diagnostics
Using our proprietary Power Diagnostics™ software, we record up to 200 data points per second in real time of the small power plant's operation. The software has been developed by our service colleagues with the intention of being prepared to arrive on site with full information about the possible causes of the malfunction.
Engine controller
Service
As part of our service, we carry out the mandatory hourly maintenance required by the gas engine manufacturer, and regular maintenance of all mechanical and electrical auxiliary equipment associated with the small power plant.
Education
Installation
The simplest part of the installation of a small power plant is the gas engine, the complexity is the coordination of the systems (emergency coolers, heat exchangers, flue gas utilization, etc.) With the help of our extensive, reliable and long-term cooperating partner network, we undertake complete gas engine power plant constructions, with turnkey delivery and guarantee.
Renovation
All the main wearing parts of gas engines can be replaced and rebuilt. Depending on the engine type, we can replace cylinder heads, pistons, cylinder liners, bearings, seals, camshafts, short-block or long-block, according to the gas engine manufacturer's specifications, with warranty.
