As part of our service, we carry out the mandatory hourly maintenance required by the gas engine manufacturer, and regular maintenance of all mechanical and electrical auxiliary equipment associated with the small power plant.
In addition, we carry out ad-hoc orders and ad-hoc troubleshooting according to the customer's needs.
Our expert team also performs major repairs with outstanding professionalism. We also carry out engine replacement if required.
Engine controller
The unification of the European electricity system will pose new technical challenges for gas engines and their owners, as the power-based availability used in the past will be significantly reduced in the future. This is due to the need to increase the flexibility of the regulatory market and optimise the utilisation of balancing energy.
The load time for gas engines will have to be reduced from 15 minutes to 5 minutes in order to be able to use their full capacity in the future on the regulator market. Our proprietary PowerStart™ gas engine control system has been developed to enable gas engines to meet this time limit with minimal increase in gas engine maintenance requirements within the technical capabilities. We can install our engine control unit on any engine type: Jenbacher, Guascor, Caterpillar, MWM/Deutz, Liebherr, R-Schmitt, MAN, Waukesha, and automatically provide the Power Diagnostics™ our service.
